Slide’N Doors provides an online platform connecting property buyers, sellers, agents, and related professionals. We are a marketplace platform only.

• Is not a real estate brokerage
• Does not act as an estate agent or intermediary
• Does not provide legal, financial, valuation, surveying, or property advice
• Is not a party to any transaction between users

To use Slide’N Doors, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter binding agreements
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• All activity under their account
• Keeping login details secure
• Promptly notifying us of unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Users are solely responsible for content they upload, including:

• Property descriptions
• Photos/videos
• Documents
• Pricing information
• Listing accuracy

By uploading content, you confirm you have authority to publish the listing, that information is truthful and accurate, and that the content does not infringe third-party rights. Slide’N Doors may remove listings/content at its discretion.

Identity verification is optional unless otherwise stated. Verified badges indicate only that certain verification steps have been completed. Slide’N Doors does not guarantee:

• User honesty
• Ownership authenticity
• Transaction legitimacy
• Identity beyond verification process limitations

Users must conduct their own due diligence.

Slide’N Doors enables direct communication between users. We do not monitor or control user communications except where required for:

• Security
• Fraud prevention
• Abuse investigations
• Legal compliance

Users are solely responsible for communications and negotiations.

Where owner-led viewings are arranged:

• Users do so at their own risk
• Slide’N Doors accepts no liability for in-person meetings, property visits, or transactions

Users are encouraged to exercise appropriate caution.

Certain platform features and listings may require payment. All fees are:

• Displayed prior to purchase
• Non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Processed through third-party payment providers

Slide’N Doors reserves the right to amend fees at any time.

Use of the platform does not guarantee:

• Sale of any property
• Purchase of any property
• Buyer/seller suitability
• Transaction completion
• Listing visibility/performance

Users must not:

• Post false or misleading information
• Misrepresent ownership/authority
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use the platform unlawfully
• Circumvent fees or platform systems improperly
• Upload malicious code or harmful content

Users may involve third parties such as:

• Lawyers
• Agents
• Advisors

Slide’N Doors is not responsible for their conduct, advice, or services.

All platform content, branding, design, software, and intellectual property remain owned by Slide’N Doors unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or exploit platform materials without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slide’N Doors shall not be liable for:

• User disputes
• Failed transactions
• Property defects/misrepresentations
• Fraud or misconduct by users
• Financial loss arising from transactions
• Injury or damage during property viewings
• Platform downtime/errors/interruption

Users use the platform entirely at their own risk.

Users agree to indemnify Slide’N Doors against claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Their use of the platform
• Breach of these Terms
• Violation of laws or third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate access where users:

• Breach these Terms
• Misuse the platform
• Engage in suspicious/fraudulent activity
• Damage platform integrity or reputation

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
