Some sellers don't have the time to conduct viewings, while others simply prefer someone else to handle them. That's absolutely fine.
Many of our sellers already have a local property manager who is happy to carry out viewings on their behalf. If you don't have someone you trust, just email us and we'll be happy to recommend a property manager in your area where possible.

Our Advice
Whenever possible, we always recommend carrying out viewings yourself.
Nobody knows your home better than you do. You can answer questions honestly, share the little details buyers often ask about, and your enthusiasm for your own home is something no one else can replicate.
If you do decide to conduct viewings yourself, we also recommend that you never carry them out alone. Whenever possible, have a friend, family member or trusted neighbour with you. Your safety should always come first.
