“What a cool idea to have an app to list your home for cheap and sell without commissions! The app is sleek and works well! I am seriously thinking about selling my rental property in Costa Rica and if/when I do, I will definitely list it here. I wouldn't want to pay the ridiculous commissions they charge here.”

“Great website. very easy to use to list your property or buy one very friendly atmosphere. having an app for real estate that doesn't keep bombarding you with pop-ups is a huge Plus. it also has a QR code that you can print. applied to anything so anybody can find your listing easily. very smart”

““My wife Katie and I have been involved in Real Estate in the U.S. for over 39 years with dozens of transactions and developing properties. We have also listed, bought and sold real estate in Costa Rica. When comparing the experiences, Costa Rica is the equivalent of THE WILD WEST. Everyone thinks they are a realtor and is entitled to a commission, the agents tend to be unprofessional and there is no centralized place for people to see what’s available and connect in a genuine way with people around the world who actually want to buy. SlideNDoors provided us that and it was a breath of fresh air. Since we are very experienced, we dont need representation, the best transactions that we’ve had have been without realtors and the money we saved in commissions was more productively applied to the sale and created more value for both the buyers and us. I highly recommend them and if you need more information, feel free to reach out to us. Tom and Katie Olivo.”

“I listed my property on Slide'N Doors because I wanted to reach buyers outside my local area. The listing process was simple, only took a few minutes, and I liked having complete control over my sale. It's a great new platform and I'm looking forward to seeing it grow.”

“As an international realtor, I work on many property websites. I was introduced to Slide'N Doors and decided to try it. I found it easy to use and my listings have already generated strong interest from potential buyers.”

“Actually it was quite easy and fast. And yes, I would pay a fee knowing that the reach is ideal to improve the possibility of sale.”
